Celebrate the Holidays in Morehead
ADUC Community Open House and Holiday Carnival Tuesday, Nov. 27 5-7 p.m., Adron Doran University Center The Morehead community, faculty, staff and students are invited to join Dr. Jay Morgan and his family for a special Holiday Open House in the newly renovated Adron Doran University Center. The event will feature children’s activities, holiday music, hot cocoa and cookies and the reading of a Christmas story and holiday tree lighting. Additionally, the University Store will host a Holiday Open house with discounts and pictures with Santa! The event is free and open to the public.
Appalachian Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair Saturday, Dec. 1| 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Laughlin Gymnasium Visit more than 100 vendors offering handmade goods, including holiday crafts, art, jewelry, ceramics and more.
18th Annual Morehead Hometown Holiday Saturday, Dec. 1 5-9 p.m., Main Street Join downtown businesses as they offer music, theatre and treats for the entire family. The festivities will conclude with Symphonic Holiday Musical Delights by the Cave Run Symphony Orchestra at 8 p.m. The CRSO performance is free and sponsored by Larry Fannin Chevrolet - Buick - GMC .
